How do I begin investing?
To invest in Trust Deeds with Vanguard Funding Corp. :
Once you meet the suitability requirements and are ready to invest, contact one of our investment representatives. A Vanguard Investment Representative will advise you regarding the current California first trust deeds available for investment. You can then choose an investment that is right for you.
Next you will be sent escrow papers along with the Vanguard Funding Corp. loan servicing and disclosure agreements. Once the forms have been signed, you need only to return them to Vanguard along with a check for the investment agreed upon.
You can also make an appointment and stop by our office to complete the process.
To invest in the Mortgage Pool :
The offering is made through the Offering Circular. To request a circular, please contact us or toll free at 800-427-1441. After reading the Circular, we invite you to contact a Vanguard Funding Corp. investment representative. We will then discuss any questions you may have regarding our investment programs.
If you are ready to invest we will assist you in completing the following final steps of the investment process.
- Sign the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF OFFERING CIRCULAR.
- Sign the SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT AND POWER OF ATTORNEY.
- Send in a check made payable to “Vanguard Mortgage Investment, LLC” along with the original signed ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF OFFERING CIRCULAR and SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT AND POWER OF ATTORNEY to:
